LCO selects DBS Group to design-build apartment building

We get to partner again with the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians has selected DBS Group to design and build a new, ground-up, 40-unit apartment building in Hayward, Wisconsin. The project also includes associated site improvements and utility extensions work to provide the required water and sanitary sewer service to support the apartment project. Construction is scheduled to begin in fall 2022 for substantial completion in fall 2023.
