Greenfield Addition taps DBS Group for another multifamily housing project

P4K Properties has contracted with DBS Group to design-build two more multifamily housing structures at the Greenfield Addition in West Salem, WI. Under the contract, DBS Group will design and construct two 8-plex townhomes for a total of 16 units. Each unit comprises 1,320 square feet and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2022 and to be substantially complete in November 2022.
