DBS GROUP TO HELP DEVELOP NEW GREENFIELD SUBDIVISION

DBS Group will begin work this month to prepare the 15-acre site of the former Lakeview Health Center for a new subdivision. DBS Group is providing demolition of the former Lakeview Health Center, as well as site infrastructure work, including grading, utilities, city streets, sidewalks and other improvements, in preparation for the Greenfield Subdivision that will house 16 single-family lots and approximately 55 multi-family units. DBS Group is providing design and construction services for this project.
