DBS Group to design-build new retail center

DBS Group has entered a contract to design and build the Shoppes at Bell Avenue in Hartford, WI. The new 11,300-square-foot, ground-up, multi-tenant retail building will be in the same development as the new Hartford Festival Foods that DBS Group already has underway. Construction is scheduled to begin before the end of August for completion in Spring 2022.
