DBS GROUP TO BUILD SECOND HARVEST MARKET

Niemann Foods has selected DBS Group to convert its existing County Market store in Springfield, Illinois, into a Harvest Market store. The store will closely match the Harvest Market DBS Group desiged and built in Champaign, Illinois, three years ago. The project incorporates an approximately 15,000-square-foot expansion to the existing facility, including a 9,500-square-foot mezzanine area, a new storefront feature, a clerestory roof structure typical to a Harvest Market, the removal of the existing County Market storefront feature, a temporary store-set for the County Market to operate during a portion of the project and the conversion of the existing County Market interior into a typical Harvest Market. Construction is set to begin this month with a grand re-opening scheduled for Fall 2020.
