DBS Group to design-build new car dealership in Viroqua

Sleepy Hollow Ford has selected DBS Group to design and build a new, ground-up 26,826-square-foot Ford dealership in Viroqua, WI. The new dealership will include a showroom, celebration bay, sales and support offices, a 15-bay service shop, parts storage, detail shop, 1,896-square-foot parts mezzanine and 3,440-square-foot, second-floor office mezzanine. The project also includes an onsite electric vehicle canopy incorporating solar panels and EV charging stations, along with additional EV charging stations at the building. Construction is set to begin in early-April 2021 with substantial completion in early-December.
