DBS group appoints new project manager

Design-build construction company DBS Group has appointed Matt Polansky as a new project manager in its Rochester, Minnesota, office. As project manager, Matt will collaborate with design, estimating, and field operations, as well as the property owner, to ensure that assigned projects meet or exceed schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Expertise in multifamily, hospital, retail and general commercial construction

Polansky holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is currently completing his MBA. He began his career in the multifamily housing and hospitality sectors, and most recently, he spent several years working for a Twin Cities-based general contractor focusing on retail and general commercial projects in the Upper Midwest.
