DBS Group to design-build Hertel facility

The St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin have chosen DBS Group as design-builder for a new project in Hertel, Wisconsin. DBS Group will repurpose and renovate the current St. Croix Tribal Administration Center into a multi-purpose community facility. The facility will include a public library, a community and youth center, an education center, a meeting space, and an Elder Resources center. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall for completion in summer 2026.
