DBS Group to Expand to Rochester, Minnesota

Design-build construction company DBS Group announced today it is expanding to Rochester, Minnesota. Headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the commercial construction manager and general contractor signed a lease to open an office in Suite 110 at 3425 40th Avenue NW.

“We’ve been operating in Rochester for close to a year,” said DBS Group President and CEO Chris Walters. “With three full-time people based here, including our vice president of business development and two project managers, it’s time to open an office and make it official.”

Walters said DBS Group will build out the 1,750-square-foot space. He expects the company will take occupancy this spring.

DBS Group has grown rapidly since its founding in 2015 and employs 21 people in its Onalaska, Wisconsin, office plus one full-time person each in the Twin Cities and Northwestern Wisconsin. Experts in design-build project delivery, DBS Group manages construction projects from conception to completion. It also collaborates with a wide range of designers to provide construction-only services.

While DBS Group serves a variety of clients in the Upper Midwest, its heart is in its home in Southwestern Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota.
