DBS GROUP SELECTED AS DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACTOR FOR HOLMEN WI MULTI-TENANT PROJECT

DBS Group has been selected as the design-build Contractor for The Shoppes at Hale Drive. This project consists of a new, ground-up, 10,800-square-foot multi-tenant facility, and is located at 129 Hale Drive in Holmen, WI, on the same site as the new Festival Foods currently under construction. The exterior façade will incorporate a mixture of decorative stone, brick and stucco, and the facility will accommodate approximately six tenants yet to be named. Construction is planned to start in mid-June 2017 and will be complete in late September 2017. DBS Group is providing design and construction services for this project.
